This Privacy Notice describes how REPLACE_WITH_LEGAL_ENTITY (e.g. Shelfyn LLC) ("Shelfyn", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit shelfyn.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. It does not cover information processed on behalf of merchant customers inside the Shelfyn platform, which is governed by the agreement between Shelfyn and that customer.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, business email address, company, number of stores, current point-of-sale system, area of interest and message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and operational purposes. The Site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this Notice and request any consent that applicable law requires.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange demonstrations, pilots or partnership discussions you have requested.
