Informational purpose

The Site describes the Shelfyn platform and its capabilities. Descriptions, illustrations, sample dashboards and figures are provided for general information and may not reflect the exact features, integrations or availability applicable to any particular customer. Nothing on the Site is an offer, and any commercial terms are set only in a signed agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You may not: copy, scrape or reproduce Site content except for personal, non-commercial reference; interfere with the Site's operation or security; submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms; or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Shelfyn name and logo, text, graphics, designs and software, are owned by Shelfyn or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to view the Site in accordance with these Terms. Other names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

Submissions

Information you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Do not submit confidential information through the Site; if you wish to share confidential information with us, we will arrange a non-disclosure agreement first.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHELFYN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
